Guided by an experienced darkroom enthusiast. If you need one, we offer a loan of film cameras. Take home your prints and enjoy exploring film photography in a creative, supportive space.

Our Workshops

  • Intro to Darkroom - Develop and Print Experience

    Duration: Approximately 2 hours

    Description: A hands-on session for beginners to learn the basics of black and white film development. Participants will bring their own exposed roll (24 / 36 exposures), learn to develop it, and make one 8x10 contact print of their negatives.

    Inclusions:

    - One roll of black and white film development.

    - One 8x10 print (contact sheet)

  • Print Your Photos – Enlarging & Printing Experience

    Duration: 3 hours

    Description: Ideal for those who already have developed negatives. This session focuses on the art of printing, where participants will learn to enlarge and print from their negatives, producing up to 3 prints: one 8x10 and two 5x7.

    Inclusions:

    - Printing of one 8x10 and two 5x7 prints from pre-developed negatives.

  • The Complete Darkroom Experience – Develop, Print & Explore

    Duration: 4 hours

    Description: A comprehensive darkroom experience where participants will develop their own roll of black and white film, learn to use an enlarger, and print up to 3 images (one 8x10 and two 5x7). A great option for those wanting to experience the full process from film to print.

    Inclusions:

    - One roll of film including development.

    - One 8x10 and two 5x7 prints.
